<p><p>What a great day out,  Daniel and their crew joined us for a spring morning trip starting early morning with clear conditions throughout the day on the river around Portland.  Views of Mt Hood, Raineer, and Saint Helen. There were Bald Eagle sightings!  The weather was perfect all day, making for perfect conditions to get after some salmon fishing with DG Columbia Adventures on our Portland Area Salmon Fishing adventure.</p><p>Once the stage was set, we focused our efforts on trolling, back bouncing and Anchor techniques to work the productive waters. The Portland area continues to be one of our go-to spots because the river structure and current breaks set up perfectly for these methods. We didn't stick a trophy on this run, but every cast and minute on the water was worth it.
